Been having a tough time recently working with the IT vendors. What seems to be a simple task of loading some scenarios into the testing environment turns out to be a nightmare resulting in endless emails, resending of details (which I have provided from the very begining) and flaring of tempers.

Perhaps I could learn to converse in binary code so that these IT geeks could get what I'm trying to tell them?

Me: Can help upload these test scenarios so that I could do some testing?
Geek: Sure but I don't understand what you want.
Me: Eh... but these are the information that you have requested in order for the scenarios to load?
Geek: Oh, perhaps I misunderstood what you want. Could you please resend using these information instead? (blah blah)

Me: So can the scenarios be loaded?
Geek: Sure...
(Hours later)
