Almost scared out of my wits when the doc says that my soft bone, i.e. cartilage in my left knee is suffering from wear and tear... By definition, wear and tear means gonez liao aka no more le rite? So of cuz get worried lah... Upon further probing, this is what I figured out after filtering out all the medical jargon:

Cartilage got overworked, ligament is swollen -> cannot do sports for the next 7 days and need to take pills to stop pain, stop swell

So for tmr's Inter-project captain's ball tournament, I have to be at the sidelines liao lah...

And did I mention that I need to go back office tomorrow for the financial year end closing?
Totally sianz =.='

p.s. Thanks Rach for offering to 探病, even though she lives in bukit-dunno where along some ulu dunno simi road, but I'm ok lah, except for not being able to run around much
p.p.s Think I pissed her off for insisting to meet my frens for movie as planned instead of staying at home... hahah
