Been having a tough time recently working with the IT vendors. What seems to be a simple task of loading some scenarios into the testing environment turns out to be a nightmare resulting in endless emails, resending of details (which I have provided from the very begining) and flaring of tempers.
Perhaps I could learn to converse in binary code so that these IT geeks could get what I'm trying to tell them?
Me: Can help upload these test scenarios so that I could do some testing?Geek: Sure but I don't understand what you want.
Me: Eh... but these are the information that you have requested in order for the scenarios to load?Geek: Oh, perhaps I misunderstood what you want. Could you please resend using these information instead? (blah blah)
(Minutes later)
Me: So can the scenarios be loaded?Geek: Sure...
(Hours later)
Me: Hello, the information in the scenarios are incorrect. Its not according to what I want, I thought I have already explain to you countless times?Geek: Eh sorry what is it that you actually want?
Me: 00001100 11000111 00110011 00000001 11111110 01010101Geek: Ah! Sure sure I can give you later.What the f...?
