Am semi crippled now from my regular session with TCSCBG last nite... Farnie lei, got do warm ups and stretching as usual and last nite's session wasn't really too physical...
I mean I was playing mixed doubles most of the time, which doesn't require me to run around much, unlike when I was up against the guys... Then how come can still end up straining my tendons lei?
Now walking with a silght limp and cannot squat wor... There's this pain at the back of the knee that prevents full mobility, quite a different sensation from a sprained ankle but its still pain nonetheless...

I can already hear the gals go 'Aawww he's so cute'...
This little guy is usually very active and likes to ka jiao people but he's kinda not his usual self last nite due to a small bout of flu... Had a tough time making him smile until we hit the topic on Street Fighters... Even when sick, he still likes to make fun of people, calling a girl Blanka...
