Imagine you have been an ordinary foot soldier all your life. You know the mechanics of warfare and had been able to survive all this while. Suddenly one day, you are asked to assume the role of a general, leading a legion of men to war. The mechanics are still the same, but now, instead of being a follower, you are expected to be the leader. Will you accept this role and see it as a stepping stone to achieving greater heights or be apprehensive of the uncertainty, responsibility and unfamiliarty of this new role and decide to remain status quo?
