Me was watching the news last nite and was amazed that due to the ever increasing fuel prices, airlines may consider revising air tickets prices based on the weight of passengers so that
'人也可能被当成货物被运输'
My first reaction was 'What the fuck?' It sounds a bit degrading mah, and the newscaster made it sound so matter of factly, maciam like 'Ok lor, in future, we humans will be transported like cargoes, among the likes of meat, vegetables, cement, etc, based on weight so that the airlines can still earn their profit'
On hindsight, I think this may not be a bad thing afterall, cuz me will get to travel at a much cheaper price. Assuming of course, I do not continue to put on weight. Being small size may not seem like a bad thing suddenly.
